Mexican food is one of my favorites. I especially love to get Mexican food when we go out, but I like to cook it at home, too. When you cook it at home, you can replace the saturated fat with healthy fats and add more fiber and nutrient-dense foods.
I really love this Raw Taco “Meat.” (No tofu in this one, lol! I’m making a video for it today). Warm it in the oven…Deliciouso! And you gotta have beans.
